Say Goodbye To Back Pain

I did my back exercises earlier today and I feel better already.

I’ve struggled with lower back pain periodically for over 30 years — as do many tall, heavy men, especially those who get out of shape, have sedentary and/or stressful lifestyles.  Happily, though, I didn’t get surgery.  Instead I discovered a “program” which has helped me — and many others who have used the program.

The program is based on the YMCA’s Healthy Back Program also known as The Y’s Way to a Healthy Back. The YMCA Program was created by Hans Kraus, MD., who is widely known as the father of sports medicine as well as President John F. Kennedy’s, Paul Newman’s, Angela Lansbury’s and Katherine Hepburn’s back doctor. His system and techniques are the basis of the Say Goodbye to Back Pain video program.

I’m placing the audio tracks of my DVD  here so I can get to it when travelling.  The video has a really good lecture, explaining the theory of the program, some pre- and post-exercise measures, as well as these exercises, demonstrated on the videos.
